The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative patient care to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent patients suffering from disease or injury. The Physical Therapist is responsible for meeting specific productivity goals and utilizing support staff effectively to accomplish goals.
Occupational Therapist
The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative patient care to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent patients suffering from disease or injury. The Occupational Therapist position is responsible for meeting specific productivity goals and utilizing support staff to accomplish goals.
Clinic Director
The Clinic Director is responsible for all day to day clinic operations and provides guidance and direction to all clinic employees, setting the example for representation of Spooner’s policies and procedures, mission, core values, and vision. The Clinic Director employs strategic management in the development of clinic goals and budget alignment in an effort to further clinic growth and profitability.
Physical Therapy Technician
The Physical Therapy Technician will, under close supervision, assist the therapist in providing patient care and perform only delegated, selected, or routine tasks in specific situations, including use of modalities, exercise equipment, and other physical agents of the hand therapy department. These duties include preparing the patient and treatment areas and acting as liaison between the therapist and patient to answer patient concerns or questions.
Hand Therapy Technician
The Hand Therapy Technician will, under close supervision, assist the therapist in providing patient care and perform only delegated, selected, or routine tasks in specific situations, including use of modalities, exercise equipment, and other physical agents of the hand therapy department. These duties include preparing the patient and treatment areas and acting as liaison between the therapist and patient to answer patient concerns or questions. The physical therapy technician will also maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas.
Patient Services Coordinator
The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) plays a key role in the delivery of exceptional customer service to the patient. Their goal is to enhance the patient experience by providing a comfortable, efficient, and pleasant interaction with the patient from the time the patient enters the clinic to the time they leave. This includes gathering pertinent information necessary to benefits authorization, enrollment, continued care, and discharge, and maintaining open and consistent communications with therapists and the BusinessCenter to accomplish goals. Requirements include excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, attention to detail, and customer-service orientation.
