Chris has over 10 years experience as a fitness instructor, and over 6 years as a personal trainer.
Chris enjoys training clients as well as teaching aerobics, weight training, stretch, interval training, and yoga. She feels the balance between nutrition and exercise are the best approach to a healthy lifestyle. Chris enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. She has competed in 4 half marathons and loves hanging out with her two kids. She is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking.
