Ty has always been fascinated with the human anatomy. He is especially fascinated with the mechanics of the hand and how much the hands play a part in the everyday occupation of living. As a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, one of the top-ten OT schools in the nation, he received extensive training in custom splinting as well as theory and practice of Occupational Therapy.
After graduation, he worked for 5 years with pediatric patients in both the hospital and school settings. As a proud father of 5 beautiful children, Ty understands the demands of life and how much you need your hands to fulfill those demands. Ty has expanded his expertise to include Functional Capacity Evaluation for injured workers and lymphedema therapy.
Ty believes very much in a balanced lifestyle to promote good health and the development and nourishment of mind, body, and spirit. He enjoys helping people through the healing process to reach their maximum functional potential.
