Presentations/Publications: Spoke on Arizona's CBS affiliate (KPHO - Channel 5) regarding prenatal and postpartum health and appropriate exercises.
Published author (2): Arizona Woman magazine on topic of Fibromyalgia and physical therapy, as well as in AZ Health magazine.

Christy Shaft is the longest standing employee at Spooner besides Owner/CEO Tim Spooner. Christy has been the Co-owner and Director of Spooner & Shaft Physical Therapy since it's inception in 1995.  Christy's clinical focus encompases a wide range of ages and populations, from high level athletes to adult recreational athletes and the geriatric population. Christy also provides specialized services including prenatal and post-partum care and vestibular rehabilitation. Christy is married to Judd and has 2 boys, Keegan and Ryan. She enjoys hiking, skiing, kick boxing, and general outdoor fun.
