Molly has known that she wanted to work in the medical field since elementary school. Learning about the anatomy and physiology of the human body and its correlation to the kinetics and kinematics of movement solidified her decision to pursuer a career in the physical therapy profession.

Her studies included an extensive background in wellness and health in high school through graduate school. Extra curricular activities in her undergraduate work included community service to the underserved populations, organizing meetings for the Health Science Organization on campus, and presenting health and wellness information to the student body.

Other academic accomplishments included: submitting a peer-reviewed article to Hooked on Evidence, a database containing the most current evidence on the effectiveness of physical therapy interventions; implemented, and evaluated a back health and wellness program presented to staff members who work with clients with developmental disabilities; and organized and created an incontinence program for applicable residents at a skilled nursing facility based upon current literature related to effective strategies.

Molly considers herself a very active individual who enjoys the outdoors including running, hiking, biking, along with rollerblading and volleyball.
