Areas of Interest:

My goal is to utilize the education and life experience that I have to best serve all populations. My areas of interest range from training athletes of all levels to helping those who struggle with extreme weight loss. I also enjoy teaching people how to train functionally to decrease the chances of injuries, as well as working with post-rehab clients to ensure they achieve their goals without re-injuring themselves.

Experience/Academic and Athletic Awards:
My training experience comes primarily from personal experience. I was a gymnast for 18 years and competed at the Olympic level. During that time, I endured and came back from 15 surgeries. Needless to say, I spent my life in physical therapy fighting my way back to the top. From that experience I gained empathy for others dealing with injuries, knowledge regarding biomechanics, anatomy and physiology and a desire to help others train smarter and more efficiently in order to avoid injury.

I was blessed enough in my gymnastics career to earn state, regional and national titles, compete for the United States team in international competitions and earned a full ride gymnastics scholarship to Arizona State University. At ASU, I was an Academic and Athletic All-American, team captain and voted Student-Athlete of the Year.
