Jacob Hyatt is an Arizona native and attended high school at Mesa Mountain View where he participated in competitive swimming and wrestling. He continues to stays active as an avid mountain biker, snowboarder, archery hunter, and just finished his first marathon in St George, UT in October 2009. His goal is to complete an Ironman 70.3 in 2011.
Jacob aspires to start a non-profit organization composed of various health care professionals that will travel to Southeast Asia and provide pro bono services to the people there.
Jacob is a dedicated and active participant in the community and strives to provide patients with the best quality of care, helping them achieve their goals throughout the rehab process.
